Sub-basement transformation

I’m looking to turn my sub basement (or wet basement) into a regular basement/room. We have French style sum pumps and water heater so ideally section off into two rooms.
What would be cost of this? I have $10k in my head but unsure. It’s concrete floor, a pole in the middle of the room.
