Before you make any accusations please read the whole thing. So as you all are aware, kabams been giving many users negative units to punish them for cheating by refunding purchases after using them. I know that this is a good thing but the thing is innocent people are also affected by this, including me. This year, during July 4th, I bought 2 of the $10 deals. So it should’ve charged $10 to my credit card twice right? It did not; it charged it to my card 3 times (I only received the items from the deal twice so no I didn’t get extra stuff) I contacted Apple and had the third charge to my card refunded, and it all worked out. But last week I was surprised to find -999 units on my account. Contacting Kabam gave me a generic response and I really don’t want to pay for kabams mistake by buying contest credits. Does anyone know what I should do?

Note: I have some proof that I only received the items twice but it’s not that great; I have a screenshot of opening 3 5 star crystals during that time (the deal had 15k shards, so 2 of them gave enough for 3)
