As someone who recently had the fortune of awakening Omega Red I started looking into switching suicide masteries. What surprised me was how many variations I found. As someone who has never ran suicides it is a little hard to tell the difference between the essentials and the preference choices, so I thought I'd bring the discussion here.
With this post I'm hoping to A) Primarily help a little for someone thinking about switching. I had to research a lot of YT videos and ask some Line chats. It took way longer than I anticipated. B) Get some feedback/advice from long suicide users on where I may be a little misguided (especially regarding Coagulate)

The link is basically where I am starting and will discuss below.
Offense: 15 early points seem pretty standard. I prefer 4/5 precision and 1/3 courage as my 15th point. There was an amazing post with stats on 4/5 precision vs 5/5 and the change worked well for me.
1/3 GC, 1/3 Recoil, 3/3 LC, 3/3 DE are definitely essential (2 more points in GC mentioned below as optional for the last 6 points)
Going into Assassin is probably optional? These were the last 4 points I included as essential, but that was mostly because it felt weird having 10 points open at the end open. For now I'm noting 1/3 Despair, 1/3 DW, 2/5 Assassin as fringe essential.
Defense: 15 early points here definitely have some choices, but the important part is that you need 15 for Willpower. 1 in SYG is just my personal preference.
I haven't experimented with less than 3/3 Willpower. It doesn't seem like a huge increase per point, but I'm assuming 3 is essential unless anyone objects.
Is Coagulate essential or optional? I haven't unlocked them yet to actually know. If it is optional, is 3/3 needed or just a point?
Utility: I have these noted as essential: 3/3 Parry 1/3 Limber 1/3 Dex 3/3 Stupefy Seems like more and more are adjusting points to lower parry/stupefy so possibly that is something to discuss as well.
What I have leaves 6 points open (10 if someone did not want to go into the assassin tree).
Optional masteries as I see it: Precision/Courage: Could add more than 15 points in the lower attack tree. I tested the 5th point in precision a lot (vs having 4/5) and never missed it, but I think this is a strong possibility for an extra point for those who don't agree with me on dropping a point there.
Glass Cannon: Needs 1/3, can go to 3/3. The build already has a lot of added attack, I'm not sure that 4.8% extra is worth the 4.8% health, especially when compared to other good options.
Despair - I have 1/3 right now, this could go up to 3/3. If someone is less inclined to switch masteries depending on content this is a great possibility.
Deep Wounds - This is really about roster. My only Bleeder I use regularly is Blade, and I can't justify the points for just him. For me increasing this is low in priority, but someone else may prioritize this if you use a lot of bleeders.
Assassin - I love this mastery, but with diminishing returns I don't think I'd go over 3 points. Just lots of other strong places for points.
Coagulate - This is the one I cannot speak on. I see so many screenshots with 1/3 here that I am planning on starting there. I'll unlock that one next reset of the black ISO store (I'm so cheap that I refuse to spend 50 extra units on it now lol). 1/3 may even be essential, not optional.
Pacify - I personally LOVE this mastery. There are so many matchups where parry and 3 hits can make a mechanic much easier to deal with.
I am personally leaning towards putting 1 in Coagulate, 1 in Petrify (to unlock Pacify), 3 in Pacify, and 1 more in Assassin right now.
