How important is it to you that your close friends and partners are passionate about art, supportive of your practice / career, or at the very least, have an ongoing curiosity?
Editing to add that, for myself, I need the people I'm close with to have a continued engagement with art in some way or another, otherwise it feels as if something is amiss.
