I believe it’s from being wet and then having high fae and drying out. Anybody have any tips? Both bags inoculated same time and bag on right is already seeing pings. Iceberg on right and p natalensis on left. Nats are supposed to be really aggressive and it has stalled. Lots of fluffy myc on sides of cake for some reason.
