Do I do a second break and shake?

So I posted previously about my fear of bacterial contamination. I did a break and shake about 1 week ago, but it seems to have started to slow down colonization slightly. Should I go ahead and do another break and shake to try and get the rest of the grain mixed in to see if they finally colonize? Should I just leave it and say fuck it? Help me in my decision making process!
