It sure did take a long time to get to this point. So much longer than I expected. We are at about 3 months now, but they pinned a few days ago and appear to be growing beautifully. I’m not very happy with the grow bag, so many pinned on the bag surface and are stalled. Inoculated the bag and left it in my dark closet until mycelium populated all of the grain…that was the longest part. My only concern is the fuzz I’m seeing on the bottom of the stalks and the bag pins. Does anything look off to any of y’all? Should I harvest all of those growing on the bag surface as is?
