I’m a PM for a metals sub here in high cost of living LA county California. I net about 105-115, 120 a year, because I am hourly . Just really depends how many hours I work a week. I usually work 48-50 hours a week. Bonus are almost non existing, about 2-5k in bonus. Last year I only got 2.5 and previous year nothing. What companies with y’all recommend me to apply at? I am Interested in taking on different challenging roles. Current experience is as follows 12 years estimating, and managing steel projects along with miscellaneous metals. AA in architecture from a community college, I went to a university but didn’t finish. Back then I was working on my Bs in mechanical engineering. Thinking of going back to get my CM degree, something along those lines. Or getting my Mech eng degree and getting a CM extension certificate to be more marketable, etc.
