I have been working as a project manager for a subcontractor for over 5 years with the current company. The work is decent some stress and fire drills here and there. The main issue is the owners attitude towards the project managers, zero appreciation. Constant comments and harassment, seems like simple questions to him are always met with harassment comments and negativity.. thinking of switching jobs already. Any body experience this? What do you guys suggest? Now Iām also being asked to keep a log of my daily activities, which others are not being asked to do. Kinda feel discriminated here. Please advice thanks.
