Hello everyone Iām an engineer officer for the Army and currently on my last semester at Indiana State Construction Management B.S. I know how I can relate my military service to the construction industry such as CDR= Project Manager, PSG/PL =Superintendent, NCOs = foreman and I have done some projects myself. But what is some advice to help with getting a more competitive salary is it certifications? Knowing the industry standard software? I have experience with MS Project and Bluebeam Revu but what else can I do to not receive an entry salary when I leave the Army in the next 18 months? Any advice Iād greatly appreciate
