I have been a project super for 2 years, assistant super for 2 before and a plumber for 5 years before that. I’ve done MEP super work on my last project building out Mech rooms for a 72 story building. I have just been offered a strict MEP only super role. I have very good knowledge on plumbing but lack electrical and have decent mechanical. Is there any books/website/study material anyone can suggest to brush up on skills. My project I would be assigned to would be replacing heat exchanges for a very large NYC building.
