how to improve as a team lead/supervisor
Post Body

Howdy. Im a 23 y/o labourer for a small concret and brick company. Ive recently been getting a lot more responsibility in my crew and im not sure if im being backseat no interference trained for a supervisory role

My recent additions to my work load have been Filing worksite job completion and specific project number paper work

Loading up supplies for crew

Driving truck instead of the usual passwenger

Keeping brick near jobsite and making hone depot runs for pallets of mortar mix

Im the youngest in my company and we only have 5 employees 1 has been getting on bossmans last nerve and the others are masons or concrete formers/pourers

Im hoping im looking at a promotion and id wpuld greatly appreciate any advice as to not fuck this up and keep being relied on for jobsite completion and not looked at as a GED holding convict

Again any advice is very much appreciated
