Question about giving estimates on a large tile job.
Post Body
They need 1700sq ft of tile put down and the tiles are 8"x48"!! It's porcelain tile.
I also have to prep the floor to level it so I've got a few questions.
What's a decent price to give them. (They buy supplies,) and anyone got tips on cutting 3" strips off those massive tiles? Angle grinder maybe?
Also, I'm not a gc. I'm just a carpenter right now. If it takes me 3 weeks then I'll make maybe 140 a day while I pay someone 100 to help.
