Hi folks, I am a Builder in the North East and am having an issue with the Marvin Ultimate windows on my home because they are condensating on the interior during the winter. The windows were manufactured in 2016 as Next Generation Ultimate double hungs, Low-E2 with Argon. I have two monitors for humidity inside the house which consistently read around 35%. When temps drop below freezing the windows all sweat around the bottom of the glass in each sash (pic for reference). Is this normal or could this be a bad batch of windows? My Ultimate French swinging doors don’t have this issue. Is this normal for others? The other projects we’ve built don’t seem to have this issue? Thanks for your input.
