26M started doing concrete after the service in 2020. Been with the same outfit for 3 years. I will not return till next season due to a certain DOT engineer. I had to move to another, smaller company that paid the same. The Formans kids are on this crew and they get away with being late, sitting on their asses, and just playing hee haw. Meanwhile, Im 6’4” busting my ass because that was the tempo of the previous company. I’ve been there a month and am ready to either transfer crews, or take another job until winter.
Just general question, Besides concrete what are the other high paying labor jobs?
