Safety harness

Hello,
I am a contract painter and have no experience with safety harnesses but I am about to do a project that’s about 25 feet off of the ground. I am trying to figure out what type of harness I should get and how to anchor it. The attached pictures show what I’ll be working on. Iv got to take care of that chimney as well. Any ideas are appreciated.
