peeps who work on the road, what do you eat when its not fast food

i dunno whats changed in the last year, if it's me or something inside the bag that comes out of the windows but ho-lyyyyy i can't eat fast food any more. my guts churn for days and i'm revolting to be around. what do yall eat for food on the road? i'm going to have to keep a bag of apples or a jar of PB and some bread handy or something.
