Young aussie bloke here and i’ve decided for my first house i’m purchasing a block of land. And to build big shed on concrete slab. With the shed being tall enough for at loft type setup to live on/in on one side and car ports and hoists on the other. For size I would hope to be able to fit 4 cars face length ways. Estimating maybe 12m wide x 32m long x 6m tall. Now my questions are is it possible to get air conditioning throughout the whole shed space? Or is it a better idea to wall off the loft area? 2nd Question is what would be the best type of steel to use for the shed being a living space to withstand the Australian elements. And my biggest question is what would be the estimate price for this type of project
P.S thanks for reading appreciate any comments or thoughts it was also good to write this out for my own sake. Cheers
