When I was in my twenties I travelled abroad with some friends. I was chatting with some friend in a hotel room when she announced she needed the bathroom. She took a long while, and when she finally came out, she looked teary and muttering 'my God'. I thought she had had some sudden diarrhea and asked what was wrong. She told me she was constipated, that actually she always was, but during that journey it was impossible for her to go at all.

I tried to console her, telling her that soon she would be able to go, and she moved the conversation to another topic. A couple of days later I could not help asking her if she could finally go. She told me she could, but it had been a nightmare and hurt a lot. Needless to say I got really aroused when she said that. Sadly I did not have the guts to ask her again.
