Nowadays I am just occasionally constipated,but I used to be frequently in my childhood,until I was 11 or so. I am pretty sure that childhood constipation is the root of my fetish. It was not unusual that my mother stayed with me in the bathroom while I was pushing until I could finally go,threatening me to use suppositories or enemas if I did not poop. I did not recall enemas being used, but suppositories were, and it was really humiliating.

I was also very constipated in my early twenties, from 19-25 more or less. The combination of stress, meds and a really crappy diet was the reason. Afterwards I could get rid of meds and made a conscious effort to eat healthier, and taking 30-45 minutes to poop once or twice a week did not happen any more.
