should I eat if im very constipated?

I shit like every 2 or 1 week and I shit twice. Yesterday Together it was a normal amount but in scared because there must still be a lot in me. I normally eat one meal a day I'm scared to eat anything. I got an enema and milk of magnesia and I don't have any healthy foods besides apples
The reason why I eat so little is because I get full quickly (not because of the constipation but because that's how I am) and I have a very little appetite and I'm usually working a lot
