So over the past week, I’ve been increasing my fibre intake. It was pretty high before but recently it’s even more with a lot of water intake and daily 30 minute brisk walk and jogs.
My diet is literally all fruit and vegetables with an occasional chicken in there. However, I feel the bowel movement happening and it stops literally above my anus. I can’t push because it’s so big and it’ll just tear and give me another fissure.
Today, I used a suppository and two massive stools came out. It really was huge. However, I still feel a little heavy in my sigmoid colon.
My problems with constipation started two years ago. Before that, I never had fibre or water in my diet and ate whatever and never exercised and my body worked perfectly. Im starting to think my bod can’t handle fibre and I should go back to the old diet where I even drank soda with every few bites of food.
Could fibre not shit my body? Could it be causing my stools to be so big that it can’t pass even if it’s wet so it dries up?
