2 days ago, I pushed hard and caused a tear. The fissure is rather close to the exit and has swollen, causing stool to not come out and I can’t push due to the fissure.

I’ve taken laxatives, mag cit and even a suppository this morning. The stool wants to come out but the swollen skin stops it.

It got to a point the suppository worked and had some stool come out, but it really hurt as it pushes through the fissure (I didn’t push) and now my anus really hurts and feels sore.

Before the stool came out, a lot of bright red blood came out. I can feel the fissure is about half a fingertip deep.

Now I’m starving and I’m afraid to eat due to how painful it is to have a bowel movement with a fissure in the way. To make things worse, I didn’t empty my bowel properly and now feel a stiff bulge right below my belly button, but I can pass gas.
