My constipation finally i believe under control

So I have tried everything under the sun - magnesium pills, fiber, plenty of water, exercise, probiotics, nothing was working and I couldn't produce a bowel movement. Well, reading up on potassium. I was low. I started increasing my potassium levels and I have had a consistent bowel movement every day and bloating and gas reduced!! Thought I would share with you all that potassium might help you. :)
