I posted a while ago about severe bloating and constipation and am happy to say I have made significant progress with an Ayurvedic doctor!
I took many laxatives in my time and these are the two that actually worked for me: Oxy cleanse - I was taking this wrong. You MUST have an empty stomach (2 hours after last meal) and take with a glass of water with lemon as it works with your stomach acidity. I guarantee 4-6 of these and you’ll be on the toilet. This herbal jam, chyawanprash after meals. I think the main laxative component is castor oil and ghee but since taking this after meals I am going almost after every main meal and I am WAY less bloated.
I am also working on my mental health and lifestyle as I realise a lot of my issues come from a very fast paced life, stress and lack of sleep. Please don’t ignore this component as it has been game changing for me. I have been scheduling in time to walk in nature, read in the sun, see friends etc. and this has definitely decreased my gut sensitivity.
