In case you don't know, Graham was Game Grump's lawyer who also acted as a manager and business adviser. I think Graham was also the one in charge of getting the ball rolling when it came to hiring a new editor. I have no way to prove this, but based on his Linkedin profile, I believe that Graham was the one who suggested some controversial decisions such as the end-slate and the short lived clickbait thumbnails. In short, Graham was in charge of increasing the Game Grumps brand.
Well, according to his Linkedin profile, Graham was either let go or he resigned back in October, which is the same window of time when Kevin was hired. As most of you should know, Kevin's time on Game Grumps has been known for his numerous mistakes which in a way, make the channel look less professional.
The conspiracy theorist in me believes that maybe Graham resigned because he didn't agree with the way Kevin was hired (based on personal terms rather than professional ones), and didn't like the way the channel was heading. Or maybe Arin didn't like having someone telling him what to do, as he is known to be very anti-authoritarian (to the point of even being fired from Disney World) and Graham was let go. Maybe something completely different and non-controversial happened, but now the channel is being ran very loosely since the boss doesn't believe in running businesses like businesses, which leads to very bad technical quality since rules are not enforced. Not to mention the TERRIBLE time management of these guys.
