Hi, Iām a 53 y/o runner who's looking for a sexy woman or couple who are up for a weekly long run followed by some post-run fun (from showers to hotel room fun). I'm an all weather runner who prefers running outside when it's anything from 90 degrees and sunny to 0 degrees and freezing rain (even in the snow). The only exception is heavy rain when it's above freezing and lower than 60 degrees. What that means is that sometimes we may start runs looking like snowmen under 5 layers of clothes, which only adds to the excitement of the post-run strip down.
Speed wise, I'm comfortable from 8:00 to 11:00 and distance wise I prefer anything from 4 miles to 11 miles, but I am willing to do whatever works for you.
Also, I'm not the feather-light 2 hour marathoner. I'm 6', 190, shortish blonde hair, blue eyes. I wear althletic tape on my nipples when I go above 8 miles, and I wear a size 11 shoe. I'll admit to shrinkage after a long cold run, but I promise it returns to normal after it gets warm.
