So we use Connectwise Manage for ticketing, and as I tend to handle a lot of tickets from the same groups of people, I'd like to automate filling out a majority of the ticket so I can get to the nitty-gritty.

I'm a standard user, so I don't have the luxury of modifying our deployment of CWM, but I've been looking around for third-party programs, any way to do it with CWM itself, and I've even tried using a macro-text program called Beeftext, though sadly it wasn't reliable.

Does anyone per chance have any tips or tricks on filling tickets out quicker?

Primarily I need to fill out the company, contact, site, status, and type for the ticket, if that's of any help.
