Installing a new Automate Agent problems

I'm having a problem installing a new Automate agent on a computer that previously had Automate on it. I have run the removal tool multiple times over the last few days and when I install Automate it still says that there is an agent on the computer and I can't install. Is there any other way to manually find the files and remove them?
EDIT: So as an edit I tried the posh method and that didn't seem to work.
