I’ve committed to being sober and I’ve managed to stay sober. I’ve had an alcohol addiction I’ve been trying to work on since my teen years. I’m 32 now and I’ve always had a drink at least twice a week. I don’t remember how it feels to not be able to drink over the weekend but this year I’m grateful to have stayed sober. I’m working on taking better care of my mental health and my physical health and it just makes me so damn proud to be able to wake up without a hangover and be able to spring out of bed to do things. So yeah just wanted to put it out there.
