8hrs sleep Shower Ate right Worked out Applied for jobs Took medication And practiced new thinking patterns.

Its the first day I've done everything on the list and I caught myself singing a happy song on the evening after having such a productive day.

I've been losing to depression for almost 2 years and I feel like I'm finally starting to fight for control of my brain again.
