The majority of my weight loss probably happened over a 1.5 year span, but overall going from my heaviest to what I'm at today has been around 3 years in the making. It has probably been the toughest thing I've ever done in my life and there were several ups and downs. But I am so freaking proud of myself for sticking to this new healthy lifestyle! It has given me a major confidence boost and I finally love how I look.
104 isn't a super healthy weight for many adults(depending on a variety of factors including height and body type), and you mentioned that you had an eating disorder in a previous post.
I get that weight loss can be difficult, but not all weight loss is a good thing. Are you okay?
I am not trying to rain on your parade, just wondering if by celebrating this we are ultimately making things worse.
