Getting accused of crimes against humanity

Me and all my coalition members are having low morale due to conflict. It’s day 57 (4800 out of 5900 range)
I have only used conventional cruise missiles, my other ally chemical weapons twice. And my other Ally’s use ground and air troops but no heavy artillery.
Is there still a way to describe why the whole coalition is having low morale though? We have full upgrades on infrastructure (army bases industries and recruitment centers)
