Having a Hard Time with PCS
Post Body

Over the course of 6 years, I have suffered 17 concussions and nothing has ever been the same. Developed severe depression, anxiety, ADD, insomnia, daily headaches, migraines with associated syncope episodes, horrid nystagmus/vision problems (seeing double from over 10 feet away), and a change in my overall mood.

I got so frustrated with everything, that I finally saw a specialist who put me in post concussion physical therapy. However, I've been having hard time dealing with all of it. I sometimes cry myself to sleep at night because I'm so upset that I feel this way and it's taking so long to go away.

If anyone doesn't know what PCPT does, it exacerbates your symptoms to strengthen your brain. However, it feels like getting another concussion and knocks me on my ass for an entire day.

I'm so scared of CTE that I refuse to stop or to let up at all. I push myself beyond my limits because I won't let myself quit.

Does anyone have any experience with this? I would love to hear about somebody else's time going through any of this
