I constantly have a headache it feels like and when I try to do something cognitive like order truck/car parts (im a mechanic) If there is any bit of struggle or extra-thinking needed when talking to the parts store counter worker I get dizzy

I got so dizzy at NAPA today that I felt like I could fall over or black out when me and the parts store person had to get on his computer and look up parts numbers together and do some deeper thinking when trying to find the specific part I needed

It lasted almost an hour or more, whenever these “dizzy” spells happen it also brings on anxiety and scares me that ill never be able to do something that was so simple to me before I got my head busted open 5 months ago, When does it go away? Im really pretty scared
