Hi all. I just moved into an apartment where my neighbor can see directly into my apartment from their balcony (all of the balconies are connected) I’m wondering about buying this retractable privacy screen, the only issue is that I can’t drill into the concrete to set it up.
My question is, is there an adhesive that would be strong enough to mount the privacy screen to a cement block? I think this would be my easiest solution but I wanted to hear others feedback. What would be my best course of action here? Attaching pictures or the screen and my current patio
