Concrete/Paverstone question

Post Body

I’m not sure if this is the right sub but I recently purchased a home and in the back yard I have this dual level paverstone/flagstone laid into concrete. I hate it. It’s jagged/rough/sharp and there’s two corners. It’s a stumble/trip hazard.

I need help with a solution. 1. Is there a way to slope/grind this off so that it works?

  1. If grinding doesn’t work is there a concrete product or mortar that I could use along with like a Schulter edge that would hold and make it not a trip hazard?

Open to ideas including how to demo and remove the lower section if I have to
