Interior - What kind of finish is that?

Recently closed on a new house. This is the finished downstairs floor. What kind of finish is this?

That’s a bad picture but it is a metallic coating. You can see the volcano dimples/pinheads from the top of the coating drying faster then the bottom and air pushing out of the concrete.
