This for my semi-buired utility shelter. Seattle climate. Will not be actively heated or cooled. The pour is directly on hard pan. The dirt underneath the machine will eventually be level with the foundation and the hardpan only surrounds three sides of the foundation and there will be drainage of course. The floor drain set with a planned to finish height of a half inch lower than the edges? Those are 2x12s. Cinder blocks are going on top of this. J rebar is ready and I got reference points on the boards to show me centerline of blocks. As far as finishing goes, plan was to drag a 2x4 around on the edge and on the drain and then finish it as best I can with a piece of 2x6 I bolted a handle onto. And my backup plan if that looks like s*** is to broom it.😂
