We do polished concrete and this is what the process should look like for a true polished concrete floor and in the Pacific Northwest we get $8-$10/sqft including concrete joints filled with Metzger RS-88

30grit Metal Bond Grinding 60grit Metal Bond Grinding SRG Grouting Application-Fills all pinholes, cracks and rock pops.
120grit Metal Bond Grinding Application of Husqavarna HiperHard Densifier 100grit Transitional Grinding 200grit Transitional Grinding 100grit Resin Polishing 200grit Polishing 400grit Polishing (matte/satin sheen) 800grit Polishing (high sheen) Application of HiperGuard Stain Protection High Speed Burnishing Optional Polishing Stages Below: 1500grit Polishing (extreme sheen additional charges will apply) 3000grit Polish (showroom max sheenadditional charges will apply)

Also filling cracks, rock pops and everything with Rapid Set Tru Pc??? The aggregate in it is way to large to be filling small cracks and hopefully none of those are control joints🤦‍♂️
