Should we get our tuition if we get sick from school

With the premiers latest announcement, I'm guessing the school is gonna make us go in person whether we like it or hate it. I am wondering, if people get sick from Covid and got it at school, because we were made to go in person, should the school give you your tuition back, especially if you had to miss a good amount of school or failed a class due to it?
