Are there scholarships for minorities groups?

I aim to reduce my student loan burden. I am just wondering if there are scholarships applicable to me. I happen to be born with several minorities ethnicities backgrounds & it’s quite uncommon to find those minorities (like you need to make effort to search for us to find us hahah). Are there any scholarships universities do to encourage diversity? Or no one cares?
