Anyone up for a bit of chat?

Such a painful time of year for me. Struggling to get through it. I’m feeling devastated. Someone I thought was a friend turned out to be an abusive covert narcissist and betrayed me in a horrible way. All I wanted was a safe person to share my grief with and not be judged. As a survivor of parental narc abuse, I am retraumatized and now even more grief stricken. I have had two other extremely upsetting encounters with covert narcs in the last few weeks. This is when I start to feel life isn’t worth it😰
