Vivid seat discount disappeared

Just had a question if it’s possible to retrieve a missing discount on vivid seats.
When I opened the app before it always had a number slashed through and then a new number as if a discount was applied. Usually like -$60- to $57!
It disappeared because I went to enter a new promo to get a discount… now the slashed through numbers don’t show up.
If anyone has a discount that would of course be helpful.
