starting off at 18mg for a week and the noises my belly is making are impressive (derogatory). i'm so bloated i can barely finish my favourite meals and it's making me sad.
i'm also on escitalopram (anti-anxiety meds) which have been inducing heartburn and an increased heart rate, so i have meds for that which also upset my stomach. it's a never-ending cycle.
is there anything you folks do to settle your stomach? green tea? ILU massages?
