Went from two 18mg pills to one 36mg pill. Feeling weird.

I’ve been taking two 18mg pills since February as my psychiatrist told me so and things were amazing!!! But last week she changed me to one 36mg pill and since then I’ve been feeling “weird”, like sick, and headaches in the afternoons. I’m giving it a couple of weeks to see if I feel better, if not I will talk to my doctor. With the 18mg pills I had zero side effects, which I loved, but now I feel sleepy in the mornings around 9am (i take it at 7am)… is this really a thing, feeling weird with same dose but different format? Also, i take Concerta from Janssen.
