Post Body

Hi, I’m looking for advice on how to bring this up with my doc. He had me on Vyvanse and I told him I didn’t how it made me feel after a few weeks so he prescribed Ritalin and the pharmacist gave me concerta. I’m taking 36mg right now and take it 4-5x/week.

I feel extremely emotional and it makes me feel depressed as a result. When I come down from it I get very very irritated and feel like a stubborn child lol. I can’t focus that well and I still have multiple streams of thoughts in my head. I tried 72mg and it was the same symptoms but intensified.

Not sure how to bring this up as he’s a very judgy old school doc.

I am so tired of feeling like nothing is helping me regulate in society like how others are .
