So how does fighting compare to Dark Souls and The Witcher?

I'm asking because I love Dark Souls. I'm so-so about Witcher but I like Witcher's open game world. To me, the holy grail would be to combine Dark Souls combat with Witcher's world, and possibly have a sex mod like what I used to have in Skyrim.
(yeah I know that's immature, but I rather have my hero get rewarded with some fun-sexy-time than a 2% bonus that triggers an short endorphin burst but has little role-play value)
