Can't find legendary chest for giant spiders

So in the Silkwood M,4 there are two giant spiders. I watched the video for the legendary chest location there and I've gone to the point and it's not there. I looked and looked and I'm 100 sure I have the right spot. I have keys, I killed the bosses it's.just not appearing. Any help would be great.
I also went to the giant crocodile to the west from there and same deal, no chest.
