So a friend of mine has been running a PS4 server for a few months now. She has had an issue where more then once where someone will crash randomly and whenever they try to log back on they continuously crash during the loading screen.

The only fix we have found is to find their body, turn the server to PvP then to kill them while they’re body is asleep. Is there a way to find bodies easier with admin tools or is there possibly some sort of fix?

If anyone needs more information I’ll be happy to help as much as I can. This server is a couple years old. So we’re considering a server wipe to refresh everything but we aren’t sure if that’s the best course of action.
